◆Overview The multi-layered freezer adopts a new drive method, achieving a more space-saving design compared to traditional spiral freezers. It allows for bottom loading and unloading with a single tower, accommodating flexible layouts tailored to the site. Additionally, its drumless design enhances visibility and makes it easy to clean, ensuring a hygienic structure. ◆Reasons for Selection Achieving further space-saving installation with single tower bottom loading and unloading By employing an outer sprocket drive method, it has become possible to have bottom loading and unloading with a single tower. Furthermore, the smaller inner diameter has successfully reduced space even more compared to conventional spiral freezers. It also supports flexible layout options, allowing us to propose solutions tailored to the customer's production site. Increased hygiene with drumless and baffle-less design The outer sprocket drive method has resulted in a drumless and baffle-less structure. This improves visibility inside the freezer, making inspection and cleaning significantly easier.
